Just pour over ice, add your favourite milk (oat and almond both work great), and you’ve got a vibrant, feel-good drink your customers will love – and want to snap a photo of.

- 1 scoop (8g) Simply Matcha Green Tea Blend
- 2 pumps (15ml) Simply Birthday Cake Syrup
- 120ml Milk
- Ice
- Cold Foam: Single Cream and Cherry Sauce
- Rainbow sprinkles

Add the birthday cake syrup to a glass of ice.

Combine your matcha powder with a small amount of milk and whisk.

Add milk to your glass with ice and syrup and top with the matcha mix.

Add 400ml single cream and 50ml cherry sauce to a whipped cream cannister and shake until cold foam is reached.

Add the layer of cherry cold foam and top with sprinkles.
