It blends the smooth, earthy taste of matcha with a sweet burst of blueberry, making it a super refreshing choice for warm days. Just pour over ice, add your favourite milk (oat and almond both work great), and you’ve got a vibrant, feel-good drink your customers will love – and want to snap a photo of.

- 1 scoop (8g) Simply Matcha Green Tea Blend
- 2 pumps (15ml) Simply Blueberry Syrup
- 120ml Milk
- Ice
- Cold Foam: Single Cream and Blueberry Syrup
- Instructions

- Add the blueberry syrup to a glass of ice.
- Combine your matcha powder with a small amount of milk and whisk.
- Add milk to your glass with ice and syrup and top with the matcha mix.
- Add 400ml single cream and 30ml blueberry syrup to a whipped cream cannister and shake until cold foam is reached.
- Add a layer of blueberry cold foam on top of the matcha.
