Berry and Pine Gin Soda
We love this refreshing cocktail by the Gin Kitchen’s mixologist Oscar Vallance, it combines their Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin with the summer flavours of strawberry and lemon, then garnish with pink peppercorns and rosemary!
- Ingredients

- 50ml Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 25ml Simply strawberry syrup
- Soda
- Method

- Shake the gin, lemon juice and syrup (don’t shake the soda!)
- Top with soda
- Then top with the foam, garnish with rosemary and pink peppercorns.
