You can stop the search for a summer showstopper, our Pear and Cinnamon Frappe is the cream of the crop. Sweet with a wonderful zing, this frappe has the taste of winter but is an absolute must for your summer menu.

A deliciously inspiring combination of pear and cinnamon, this delicious blend is simply irresistible.

Finesse your creation with garnishes of cinnamon sticks, a sprinkling of chocolate dust or biscuit crumb and a sweet topping sauce (whether decorative in the glass or on top of the whipped cream) to give it that fanciful feel, make this creation your own.

  • Milk
12oz 16oz 20oz
120ml 140ml 160ml
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon for decorating
Instructions
  1. Add the milk, vanilla frappe powder and your flavoured syrups into a  blender.
  2. Add a cup of ice and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the blender contents into your chosen glass and top with whipped cream.
  4. Decorate with a dusting of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick (optional).
